Data protection

The operators of these sites take the protection of your personal information very seriously. We treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as this Data Protection Notice. Right to data portability

You have the right to have information which we process in automated form based on your consent or to fulfil a contract handed over to you or a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you demand direct transmission of information to another responsible party, this only occurs if this is technically feasible.

How long is your information saved and processed?

We process that personal information which we receive from you in the framework of a business relationship. We ask for the name, address, e-mail address and possibly the company affiliation of participants for the purpose of signing them up for our seminars or free evening events and for later contract processing.
Furthermore, we also save the following information for the purpose of contract processing or contract initiation: Name, company, address, telephone number, e-mail address. The information you provide is required for contract fulfilment or executing pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Information is not transmitted to third parties.
If the sign-in process for a seminar or evening event or an application is terminated, the information we have saved is deleted. If a contract is concluded, all information from the contractual relationship is saved until the fiscal retention period has expired.
Data is processed based on the statutory provisions of section 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the DSGVO.

In the framework of the relevant statutory regulations, you have the right to information about your saved personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, right to correction, blockage or deletion of this data at any time and free of charge. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Internet sites sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our offers safer as well as more effective and user-friendly. This information is not merged with other sources of data. The basis for data processing is section 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO which permits the processing of information for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

If you send us requests through the contact form, your information from the request form including the contact information you give is saved by us in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The information entered in the contact form is processed only if you give your consent (section 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. Simply send us an informal e-mail to do so. The legality of data processing procedures up to the time of revocation is unaffected by the revocation.
The information you enter in the contact form stays with us until you request it be deleted, if you revoke your consent for saving it or if the purpose for data storage no longer exists (e.g. after your request is complete). Mandatory legal provisions - particularly retention periods - remain unaffected.
